About Us
At The Local, beer isn’t just what’s in the glass—it’s the people you share it with, the stories that spill out, and the community that grows around it. We opened in Siem Reap’s Wat Bo neighborhood with a simple idea: put Cambodian craft beer front and center, and build a place where it can thrive.
With 36 rotating taps—the biggest selection in the country—and bottles you won’t stumble across anywhere else, The Local is here to celebrate the brewers who are rewriting Cambodia’s beer story, one pint at a time. But a good bar should be more than just a place to drink. It should have a pulse. That’s why we keep our doors open to all artists, musicians, and creators—so the space is always alive with something new. The walls change, the music shifts, and the night never feels quite the same as the one before.
We’re not here to be polished or perfect. We’re here to be real. To give beer lovers, travelers, and locals a spot where they can relax, connect, and maybe leave with a story they didn’t expect. The Local is Siem Reap’s craft beer hub. Come thirsty, come curious—and see where the night takes you.
